I brought special articles in for cleaning, a lovely cashmere/wool coat and dress with rhinestone buttons made by my late mother. I was reluctant because of the sentimental value and age of the items, but knew they needed to be cleaned for both preservation and wearing. Misty was helpful with suggestions and plenty of reassurance, for which I was thankful!
Dropping off items at the drive through- Misty was very courteous, efficient, and friendly.

As always, service was great, and my dry cleaning is perfect! Misty could not have done a better job, and I really appreciate having this wonderful drive through service.
The service is always prompt and friendly. Today, Misty greeted me and I didn't even have to tell her who I was. She already had our account pulled up and ready. And I have probably only seen her there once. Clothes are always prestine.
I have used Dublin Cleaners for over 5 years. The quality of their dry cleaning and shirt laundry service is top shelf, every time. The collars come back clean, the shirts come back crisp and professional and the customer service is always friendly and responsive. Most recently Misty, at the Powell store, has been my primary point of contact. She has taken my customer service level to new heights.
