Today was my first visit to Dublin cleaners. After recently relocating to Ohio my husband and I were in search of a great dry cleaners (such greatness is hard to come by). After combing through tons of reviews we decided on Dublin cleaners. From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted and treated with warmth. Demetria was absolutely wonderful! She helped me understand the return period and made the entire process quick and easy. I highly recommend and look forward to returning!

I was so impressed with the staff at New Albany Cleaners. They are so friendly and kind. I didn't realize I went in right before they were closing, most places would be rude or say I would have to come back but they were so welcoming and assisted me with open arms. I love that they have an email service that alerts you when you items are done. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

New Albany Cleaners has been extremely easy to work with and delivers excellent customer service. I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved and they took extra special care of the delicate silk fabric. They explained every step thoroughly and answered all my questions.
