I always feel as if I am part of the family where they know my name and the service is amazing. Been going there for 30 years, and continue to go to the Dublin location, even though I now live 10 miles north, just because of the great service and friendship.

The lady at the desk is so kind and fun. We always have a long talk. My problem is this: On my last drop-off, the computer could not find my name in the system. We tried 3 phone numbers and I spelled my difficult name several times. So she had to enter me all over again. When I went to pick up my item, my name came up in the system twice. Loved the website, email notifications, customer service and quality of work done! I was even offered a water when I walked out, can't beat that!

Everyone is very friendly and they helped me in with my curtains and carried them out to me=y car when I came to pick them up.

I was told my slacks would be ready on Wednesday (6/15). When I came to pick them up at about 2 p.m., I was told that they wouldn't be available until after 4. Quite misleading. Either tell your customers "After 4" or "Any time on Thursday." Had to make 2 trips to pick them up.
