I arrived at exactly 7:00 PM feeling guilty and fully expecting the store to be closed. Tammy was patiently sitting behind the counter and pleasantly handled my order without rushing as if she had all the time in the world. Absolutely great customer service.

I received an email that my dry cleaning was back by 7am instead of 4pm so I was able to pick it up on my way home.
Your prices are about twice what I normally pay for shirt service. I don't mind this for folded shirts because few places do folded, boxed shirts anymore and I prefer those for packing when I travel. I brought in a shirt in preparation for a trip and asked for it to be starched and folded. When I came in before the trip, the shirt had been done and was on a hanger. I had a sleeping, sick baby and the staff were more than willing to grab my dress from my car just outside of the shop. I really appreciated how easy they made the experience. Pickup was a nice experience, too.
I had a very positive experience at Dublin Cleaners! My clothes were ready on time, and the staff were very friendly at drop off and pick up!
This was my first time using them. I took two pairs of pants in for hemming. After picking them up, I discovered that one of pairs had not been shortened at all. I took them back in to get fixed with no problems, but now have to wait another week or so to get them back. Also, they were not smoothed out properly when hanging and had a horizontal crease above the knee. Luckily that was the pair that had to go back. The second pair came back great. The person at the counter was really friendly.
