Great customer service and very fast turnaround on the dry cleaning. Will be a returning customer.
We received an email on the day we were to pick up our things. It said there was a delay. We finally got an email over two weeks after dropping off our items that they were done. When we mentioned this to staff, we were made to feel like it was OUR misunderstanding bc the items were ready on the day we were told they would be. This was our first experience with your dry cleaners and we were very disappointed in the customer service.
I just switched from another dry cleaning company to yours. I am very impressed with service, speed, and quality. I must note that pricing is much higher than others... probably 50% higher than what I am used to. That being said, the customer service was much better and I will continue to be a customer.
Jenny's level of customer service is phenomenal. She has gone above and beyond in communicating, taking the time to hear my concerns and addressing any issues that may have come up. You have a customer for life. I will continue to use Dublin Cleaners over Swan, Rainbow, and other businesses from now on.
