A pair of pants that I picked up were pressed flat with no crease.
I sent a blouse which was undeniably difficult to press as it has pressed ruffles on the neck and sleeve cuffs; however, I was disappointed that it seemed there was no particular attention given to it nor was an attempt made to make it look pressed in those areas. I usually don't make a fuss about these things, but I did feel it necessary to press the blouse myself.

Clothes were not pressed very well. Pricing is outrageous. If you ask for pricing before you give them your clothes, you will leave. I will try Swan and Tide next.
My two button down shirt collars were not iron correctly with line of shirt styles. I will need to bring back to have redone while I wait. Unfortunately, I paid for express so that I could wear one of them today and wasn’t able to
