Both customer service reps were friendly and efficient. Got my suit back earlier than expected and it looks great!
Been using Dublin Clearers for a while since our move to Ohio and they do a nice job but whew they are expensive. 1 blouse, 1 skirt and a jacket was $34. I could replace an item for that. So unfortunately I'll be finding another dry cleaner for the future. If you don't mind the really super high price then it's all good.
Drop off shirts for wash and fold. Got them back 2 days before scheduled date. Looked great and early.

two issues: 1. Was told clothes would be ready Wednesday, and I drove to pick up and then was told they would not be ready until Thursday. 2. More importantly, dress pants had two stains (not permanent) AND wrinkles. Will not be a return customer
did a great job getting a couple stains out and let me know that one of my shirts had a hole in the sleeve.
I like the fact that the customer service and process is the same regardless of who is behind the counter. I usually drop off and pick up on the same day each week so I do get to know the Dublin Cleaners rep, but even when I go on a different day or there is a change in staff, it runs the same and I am in and out just as fast. The training for new staff members must be very detailed and repeatable. Great Great customer service.
