Mitch and Sandy Jacobs (third generation dry cleaners) purchased Drake Cleaners in 2006 and are pleased to be a valued part of the Midtown community. Amazing service! My daughter had her wedding dress altered by someone other than Drakes. When she picked it up, there was a stain on the front of the dress. She called me at work and several coworkers overheard my conversation. As soon as I hung up the phone, two people said, “Take it to Drakes”. So I did. I like the new automated system, however, my blouse had specific stains that I wanted to tell the clerk to pay special attention. There isn’t an option on the screen for special instruction.
