Mitch and Sandy Jacobs (third generation dry cleaners) purchased Drake Cleaners in 2006 and are pleased to be a valued part of the Midtown community. They were knowledgeable, helpful, nice and quick to process the items.
Very friendly. Suit was cleaned and ready to pick up as scheduled. Automated drop off and pick up was smooth and easy.
I like the new automated system, however, my blouse had specific stains that I wanted to tell the clerk to pay special attention. There isn’t an option on the screen for special instruction.
