Mitch and Sandy Jacobs (third generation dry cleaners) purchased Drake Cleaners in 2006 and are pleased to be a valued part of the Midtown community. Excellent customer service it seems nonexistent these days. Professional, pleasant, and courteous is all I ask for these days. And this is what I received at Drake's Cleaners. There was a time the customer was always right. Even when they were dead wrong lol. However, I was raised to treat people the way I wanted to be treated. So, there you go.
