Customer service received on location & delivery was satisfactory. However, I requested a down alternative featherbed (allergy reasons) dry cleaned. I used Dermody for years in the past as did my husband. We switched to Zoots years ago due to dry cleaning issues with Dermody. I had to wait for along time to get my change the cash register was not working . The attendant finally had to count the money manually.
Whether it’s household items, i.e. bedspreads or heavy comforters or drapes to Harry’s dress shirts for work, we’ve never had a negative issue in our 50+ years with Dermody Cleaners. Never!
Very professional, I left in 2 pairs of jeans to get shortened Tuesday morning At 11:10am the lady said pick up Monday but they could be ready before that They would email me 2:30pm they where all set for pick up The fastest turn around I have ever had Great job.

I am consistently disappointed with anything white or light colored- always comes back looking dingy.
Fine . . . clothing were picked up the week prior and returned clean and neatly hung right by our front door.
I keep getting emails to put out my laundry for pickup but nobody ever pickups. The bag sits there all day. Your email says dry cleaning. I guess that means you do not pickup clothes that have to be laundered. You can cancel me from your pickup service and emails. 21 Hodges Ave., Apt. 201, Taunton
Dermody is my second experience with home pick up service. The first company Intried was not reliable. Dermody has been great. Very reliable, consistent and great communication with holiday weeks and schedule changes due to inclement weather and such. Keep up the good work!
I needed a tuxedo cleaned in 24 hours. Got the email that it was done in under 24! Also expected it to be pricey-almost the same cost as my previous dry cleaner. Dermody is my new dry cleaner!
