Linda is always a pleasure
The seamstress is rude and unprofessional. I had questions regarding alterations she told me to go somewhere else because she is the only person and she didn’t want to do anything that wasn’t simple. I do not recommend them at all.
Dropped of 6 shirts on May 30 and have not received a bill as yet so I have no idea how much I will have to pay.
I am very unhappy with the clerk at the Lakeville branch. I just dropped out two items for dry clean and one for alterations, She is incredibly unpleasant to deal with. Disagreeable about whether to take my dry clean items . Only when I said that I get these cleaned every year did she take them but she made me sign an agreement. She also was unhelpful when I tried to use the coupon you sent out this morning. She does not know how to speak with people and be pleasant. She has the same attitude every time I deal with her.
