It was my first time using Dependable Cleaners. I needed a wash and fold for my basic clothes. They were fast, efficient, and courteous. I was told it would be ready the next day at 5:30 and it was ready at 5:30. I particularly liked they had basic technology AND took Samsung pay. Other places are rather old school on tech. I'll be back!

I recently had a canada goose jacket and blouse dry cleaned at Dependable Cleaners and couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be using their service again!
It was fast turnover and the clothes came out alright. Bit on the expensive side but convenient.
I had a soup stain on my blue suit jacket lapel, so I decided to bring it to Dependable Cleaners in Back Bay, which is close to where I work. Things that set Dependable Cleaners apart from others: +They listen to specific instructions (soup stain) and the stain was gone! +Quick turn-around time (within 24 hours) +Online tracker which shows progress +Nice and orderly storefront (I've seen dry cleaners that look like someone's messy laundry room with clothes all over the place...)

Should advise if discounts are customer specific (not generally available) so can tell clerk on arrival. Problem created. Not yet resolved.
