Quality is good but there is ALAWAY a problem when they charge me; always confusion between dry cleaning and laundered shirts!

Clothes came out nice and clean. Except I did notice the hem on my dress had popped.. luckily I had the tailor fix it that night. If that was dependables error I wish they would of told me...instead of noticing on my walk home. Nick was great with me on the phone. But the girls in store seem a bit snooty when I was there. Not sure if I’ll return.

I was originally told that the wool blanket I brought in for cleaning would be ready in only one week when, in fact, blankets and other household items take two weeks. This was explained to me on day nine, when I came for a second time to retrieve the item. As an apology for the mix up, the charges were not only dropped but the cleaning was expedited. Very much appreciated! Plus they did a fabulous job of cleaning the blanket. It came back so soft and without ANY dry cleaning smell. Thank you!
Great service and were able to get out stubborn paint stain from my jacket
I dropped a pair of pants off for alterations on a Monday. The pants were promised for Thursday, but they sent me a text on Wednesday saying they were ready for pickup. Great service at a reasonable price.
