Great customer service. Efficient, on=time, and good coupons!
I love the staff at my drycleaners on Galen Street in Watertown. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I have been allowed to pick up clothes even when I have arrived a few minutes after closing. I am always pleased with the quality cleaning my clothes receive.
The staff at the Braintree location is always professional, friendly, and attentive; but this time reflected a new tendency that is very impressive. There are one or two members of the staff that will recognize me before I come in the door and will already be retrieving my order before I even have to ask. This confirms in my mind that I am more than a mere customer.,..I am a person. This visit was one of those experiences. I value the personal attention and friendly staff.
As always, my experience when picking up my dry cleaning was excellent. The young woman that waited on me was very friendly and thorough.

Friendly staff and great service as usual.
I never have an issue with the Braintree Dependable location. The staff are great, always friendly and helpful. My clothes are always ready on time and the service is terrific. The staff even recognize my car as I pull up to the store and have my order ready to be picked up by the time I walk in the door! I wish all my service experiences were as good as with Dependable.
