Other than the fact that shirts often come back without collar stays I am very happy with the service. I have received a handwritten letter saying you dont remove collar stays but the fact is that I often send shirts with them and get them back without. I wish you would check shirts for collar stays before returning them. Otherwise, great service.

Been coming to the Quincy Ave location for over 30 years. The staff is fantastic, friendly, professional, helpful. I like the way my clothes are treated with such care, I have even received a phone call to say that the beads may lose their color if cleaned, which I appreciated very much. My clothes always look great. I also have had tailoring done and always happy with the results. I have uniforms cleaned and the military press is always fantastic. I love the staff at my drycleaners on Galen Street in Watertown. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I have been allowed to pick up clothes even when I have arrived a few minutes after closing. I am always pleased with the quality cleaning my clothes receive.
The staff at the Braintree location is always professional, friendly, and attentive; but this time reflected a new tendency that is very impressive. There are one or two members of the staff that will recognize me before I come in the door and will already be retrieving my order before I even have to ask. This confirms in my mind that I am more than a mere customer.,..I am a person. This visit was one of those experiences. I value the personal attention and friendly staff.
