My order had a minor issue, which the manager resolved very quickly and right on the spot (no pun intended). Kerri is extremely nice and very efficient - a great person to deal with.
The team at Hanover is awesome ..super friendly and clothes ready when promised..in the rare event there was a minor mishap they made it right.. Thanks for making my work clothes clean and hassle free:)
The woman was very friendly. She quickly got my cleaning and tailoring. She reminded me to check the tailoring to make sure it was correct. It was. The people here are always friendly and courteous. Once they check my phone number, they address me by name as they go to get my cleaning.

The intake person did not explain to me the priority of dry cleaning to take out the smell of a linseed oil stain. I explained it is the smell, not the stain that matters to my wife and me. In ignorance I wrongly thought these work pants needed to be washed. At pick up i was told my pants were both washed and drycleaned but the pickup desk person explained that only dry cleaning could work. Is it too late now to get the oil smell out? Thank you.
I love dependable cleaners but have stopped using you except for emergencies due to your prices being out of sight high. I do a ton of dry cleaning and shirts due ti my job but cant afford to use dependable on a regular basis. Its a shame
My winter coat was done in less than 24 hours- staff was so friendly- my coat has never felt so soft or looked so good!!! All for less than $20!
I brought in a pair of pants to be altered and Karen took them for next day service versus the normal seven days. I will be forever grateful during this difficult time. Thanks Dependable!
Very personable, very quick. Made sure that they had all of my cleaning. I really like being able to donate my old stuff to a charity through you. That is the reason why I choose your service. The only problem is that I would like to automatically get a receipt for my charges so I can match it up with my monthly credit card statement.
