Customer service is A++. I'm always greeted with a smile, and staff very quickly learned my name even though I'm only in once a week.
I am very pleased with Dependable Cleaners. I like the fact that I can drop off an order at any time of day or night; pick up an order on Sunday; and that you have standard same-day service. I also find it very helpful that you have a tailor on site. Your staff is friendly and does their job well.
The staff is always friendly and competent. My dry cleaning is always ready on time.

Excellent service and cleaning. The manager has been exceptional in addressing an issue of a missing shirt, and patiently explained the situation to me. I am now confident that the fail-safe system is pretty air-tight, and it's more likely that the shirt was misplaced at home. We've been using Dependable for years, and overall have been very satisfied.
I am always able to drop off and pick up quickly. I love the auto-bill.

Usual friendly competent service
Great service; very pleasant staff. Clothes are always well cleaned and if they run into problems with stain removal they are very honest about what they can/can't do. I have been using Dependable Cleaners for years and have no plans to change.
