Awesome. When asked if I could have my clothes a bit earlier so i could attend a wake, they made sure that they were ready. Always great service from the staff, and very friendly, and "dependable"!

Everyone is really pleasant and helpful every time I bring in my clothing.
Staff as usual was prompt, attentive and addressed me by name. The Cleaning was done correctly.
Moving forward it would be a good suggestion for VIP Members to always receive the $.40 discount on shirts on Tues,Wed,Thurs, regardless of attaching the coupon. This would be a good time saver for VIP members. The other option is that VIP members always receive the discount regardless of the day for dropping dry cleaning. Thank you. Jim

Customer service is A++. I'm always greeted with a smile, and staff very quickly learned my name even though I'm only in once a week.
I am very pleased with Dependable Cleaners. I like the fact that I can drop off an order at any time of day or night; pick up an order on Sunday; and that you have standard same-day service. I also find it very helpful that you have a tailor on site. Your staff is friendly and does their job well.
The staff is always friendly and competent. My dry cleaning is always ready on time.
