The pick-up and drop-offs are quite consistent each week. If there is a problem, I always receive a call. And they are courteous!
Very reliable service. Couldn't be happier with the home pickup and delivery. We still get an occasional missing or cracked button on the shirts but otherwise pretty good job on the cleaning
I have really enjoyed the customer service and the quality of care that Dependable Cleaners in Hanover has provided us over the years. I never have to worry about anything at all. If there is an issue I simply call them and it is resolved professionally on the same day or close to it. Great training of staff. We have been using for five years now and will continue to use home delivery in the future.
overall everything works well. The only things that bug me are the prices seem to be high especially on women's shirts/clothing that only need to be laundered while men's items seem to be more reasonable. It would be nice if you emailed or sent a letter with current prices etc. Also, what is the situation of minimum quantities on some orders. Not sure what is the minimum. Each time I call with a question, the people answering the phone have been very nice.
It's been a big help with my schedule.
My experience is always positive. It would be helpful to have a notification once the cleaning has been picked up, because for me we don't realize it's not picked up until we are looking for the delivery on Thursday. Customer service has been tremendous.

Other than the fact that shirts often come back without collar stays I am very happy with the service. I have received a handwritten letter saying you dont remove collar stays but the fact is that I often send shirts with them and get them back without. I wish you would check shirts for collar stays before returning them. Otherwise, great service.
