I just started using the Hanover store this past Spring, and could not be happier with the switch. What a friendly, efficient group! And they really respect your clothing, do a good job, and return it packaged to travel well. A great place.
My experience with Dakota was fabulous. I have been a client of dependable cleaners for 5 years. I recently moved and love my new dependable cleaners location. Of course our clothes look brand new. I am always impressed with there stain removal skills and clothing repair!!! Thread colors always match!
First time. Kind and courteous staff. I was notified when cleaning was ready. Received a discount for taking clothes in on a certain day. All good.
Staff is friendly and efficient. What I really like is that they send a reminder that my order is ready for pick up. This cleaners is definitely worthy of their name!

My order had a minor issue, which the manager resolved very quickly and right on the spot (no pun intended). Kerri is extremely nice and very efficient - a great person to deal with.
The team at Hanover is awesome ..super friendly and clothes ready when promised..in the rare event there was a minor mishap they made it right.. Thanks for making my work clothes clean and hassle free:)
The woman was very friendly. She quickly got my cleaning and tailoring. She reminded me to check the tailoring to make sure it was correct. It was. The people here are always friendly and courteous. Once they check my phone number, they address me by name as they go to get my cleaning.
