I recently moved to Watertown and have tried a few different dry cleaners . Dependable is great . Friendly professional staff and excellent cleaners,and the clothes are ready the next day! I will never have to try out another cleaner. They are the best !

You recleaned one item and it was satisfactory. I have an issue with the attitude (customer service) that I get from one particular employee. She is very nasty! Not really sure of her name but I really don't like dealing with her when I am there.
I love dependable cleaners! I have frequented for years. I now live in Peabody and die to the quality they take with my clothes and customers service I continue to go! Tonight at 7:03 a customer and I were at the door. I thought you closed at 8:00 and ran late due to an event at Fenway and fire trucks parked out side the building. The gentleman at the door was asking the woman to help him and was very calm and nice. He was traveling out to Washington, D.C. And needed his cleaning.
