Overall, pleased. Shirts are cleaned and pressed. Not happy about additional charge for heavy starch. My old cleaners NEVER charged for that. You’re a bit more convenient and is the reason why I’m using Dependable. Two other things that should be brought to your attention is returns for missing stains and, a serious issue, pressing of pant seams.
