Dependable delivered on every level. I needed seven shirts pressed. I was treated like an old friend, the shirts were ready on time, I received an email with a scan code that worked, picked up the shirts outside business hours — and the shirts were done beautifully. I could not have asked for better service or greater convenience. I’m a big fan.

I recently had pants cleaned and a few small buttons along the leg came off . I wasn’t aware of that until I went to wear them again. I brought the pants back hoping to get some replacement buttons and unfortunately they didn’t have any that matched so the manager purchased a new pair of pants for. This was above and beyond!!! I appreciate their customer service so much.
Yesterday when I went to pick up my clothes from Dependable Cleaners located in Watertown Mass the Assistant Manger Calvin and coworker Philip and a new guy named Ryan they were al so professional so nice so funny and above all so cute love you guys see you soon....... Donna Davis
