Whole staff is friendly ..if order needs some extra attention they let you know ..in rare instance being going here for over 10 years that there is an issue they make it right.thanks for all you do to help me get to work everyday 🥰

Dropped off my son’s blue blazer to be dry cleaned. I mentioned to the woman at the counter it was missing its two front buttons and didn’t know if the had any spares. The blazer came back with two beautiful brass buttons sewn on and the blazer looked like new - all at an incredibly reasonable price. Thank you!!

Excellent professional work
Fine service by phone and later with two deliveries to my home. Leo and Angel are efficient and cordial and the work done was of excellent quality. I especially liked Dependable's packaging of a huge (king-size) blanket, too large for laundering at home. When returned to me, it was packed in a sturdy plastic suitcase-like container, complete with handle; ideal for storage. JMM/Brookline
