Very pleasant people working there and dry cleaning came out great!!
Always very kind, professional and treat my items with great care. I just picked up 3 items 2 of which were blankets- 1 very special quilt and a very expensive down comforter. The associate who helped us took extra time to refill the quilt and comforter because she felt the job was not done to the highest quality this meant a lot to me and she did not to do it. I was so happy leaving. Thank you so much!!

This is the first time I have tried the pickup and delivery service and I am hooked. Who doesn’t like to save time and the hassle of making an extra trip? It is a pleasure to go back into Dependable after all these months. I go to the Hanover location and, both times I have been, I was immediately recognized and called by name. April is a charming and warm person. The quality of cleaning and care is topnotch. I can't recall the name of the person whop greeted me the first time I was back. You have done an amazing job and I will be going in a bit more regularly now!
