It is a pleasure to go back into Dependable after all these months. I go to the Hanover location and, both times I have been, I was immediately recognized and called by name. April is a charming and warm person. The quality of cleaning and care is topnotch. I can't recall the name of the person whop greeted me the first time I was back. You have done an amazing job and I will be going in a bit more regularly now!

As always, the service is great. I am so happy that the manager in Cohasset transferred from Weymouth. I got to know her during my time using the Weymouth location on 3A. As an HR Director, she is the example of what all companies hope for, customer service driven employees, respectful and genuinely cares about customers being happy, which drives loyalty.
