Very courteous, efficient, and knowledgable employees.
They lost part of my outfit that was specifically made for it and couldn't be replaced. In all this time it has never been found??? Did it disappear??? Did someone take it??? I don't understand how you can loose a piece of an outfit. Why wouldn't it have been kept together??? It was a very expensive oufit I got at a Bridal Shop for my sons wedding. Everything was great. Love the pick up and delivery. Very easy. I just put my bag out on my porch and forget about it till a few days later when it’s all returned to me perfectly cleaned

Great pick up and quick return delivery. Beautiful job done on quilts and winter coats and jackets.
My short sleeve dress shirt on a hanger was poorly pressed. The collar was wrinkled and the short sleeves had no creases in them. Not happy. Bill
I'm almost 80yo and have a difficult time walking or carrying things the attendant apparently noticed this and asked me if I would like him to put the dry cleaning in my car of course I agreed he also informed me that Dependable now delivers to my town Hanson, I will be taking advantage of the service in the future.
