I was very satisfied with the cleaning, but I did not ask for no creases in my slacks and would have preferred creases. I guess someone thought that a female's slacks should not have them. Also, when I store my wool slacks for the summer, I put them on clip hangers and then they are not covered completely by the short plastic bags. All bags should be at least as long as the clothes they are meant to cover. Thanks for allowing this feedback.
Love this cleaner everyone is so nice but took 2 blouses in to have laundered and was charged 16. 00 was charged for dry cleaning instead
I brought two pair of pants to be hemmed on 2/6/19. After not hearing anything my wife went by on 2/14/19 to see if they where ready and one pair was they didn't know about the second pair. When looking at the receipt the first pair came in on 2/12 but was never called or emailed. Called o. 2/15 to find the second pair and they eventually left a message saying they would be done later today, glad they could at least narrow it down to a time
The Elastic in the waste band was stretched and ruined

Horrible I received an email staying my 6 itemsarw ready for Pick up and when I arrived the could only locate two of my items and told me to come back tomorrow when they have more Time to locate my other 4 items! Horrible will no longer be using this cleaner
The dress I dropped off was over a day late & I had to go to the store multiple times until it was finally ready to be picked up. Despite this, I was still charged full price. Poor service.
