I tell you this all the time, the service is always great! Everyone is friendly and hard working. I especially like that they really take the time to get to know you.
The staff was very friendly and efficient.
Pants were pressed the way I had requested. Woman in the store are very friendly. Store and parking lot are clean.
Both women with whom I dealt were very pleasant and professional. However, there was a large spot on my dress that likely resulted from removing the much smaller stain previously on the dress (reason it was at Dependable). Fortunately I did not need to wear the dress this weekend since it had to be re-done.

I thought it was a little expensive
I brought in a comforter to be cleaned. The sales person made sure I knew that the filling in the comforter might not come out the same way as the original because of the material that was inside it. It DID come out great! But, I was very impressed that she told me that before I decided to get it cleaned. No surprises!!
