They were very prompt. They are always friendly. The clothes look brand new.
I have asked and Culpepper Cleaners has agreed and placed in my file that I want them to press a front center crease on ALL of my pants. Too often I have returned many pairs of pants to have Culpepper Cleaners "Redo" the pants by pressing a front center crease on the pants. I would like this problem resolved before I change dry Cleaners. Thank you for asking. Sandra Good
Great service like always
Culpepper Cleaners took care of my winter coat just in time for the Season. Today I sent more things out. They are professional, trust worthy, conveniently located and have pick up and delivery service. Jeff, the pick up and delivery service is very responsible and polite. Thank you Culpepper Cleaners!
Suit came out clean as expected. Staff look extremely unhappy, dour, sour faced. I don't need chipper and beaming happiness, but when I say "hello" and get zero response, and a flat look, it sure doesn't inspire me to return.
