Culpepper has always been my cleaners and they do a great job, no complaints there. However this has happened twice in all the years I’ve been a customer and that is my items were scheduled for a certain day and I arrived the next day to pick up the items but they were not there. I had to make another trip to pick up the following day. I was disappointed and will have to call before I go pick up next time.

I had my daughter’s wedding dress cleaned and preserved! Staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. My only issue was with a customer of yours. Your staff was assisting me with my box and she demanded your staff go and retrieve her clothes from her car as is if I wasn’t present. your staff was caught off guard and wasn’t sure how to handle.
