I had my daughter’s wedding dress cleaned and preserved! Staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. My only issue was with a customer of yours. Your staff was assisting me with my box and she demanded your staff go and retrieve her clothes from her car as is if I wasn’t present. your staff was caught off guard and wasn’t sure how to handle. I have been your client since before living in San Antonio for my finest clothes and to store my wedding dress. after moving to San Antonio in 2008, I experimented taking my “every day” dry cleaning to others , and was disappointed. Culpeppers is the best!.
Never loose anything! Employees always cheerful and competent about their trade. Clothes always look great and don't have that "dry cleamers" smell. They have established a winning process that works and they always deliver.
