Over the years I have always appreciated the pick up and delivery service, it's one less thing to worry about!
The facility / storefront is very clean and organized and the staff is friendly. I like that I receive an e-mail when my items are ready for pick-up. Overall, I think the prices are quite high. Further, I would appreciate at drop-off walking out with a receipt slip that itemizes everything I dropped off with the pricing per item. Lastly, I think a loyalty program - beyond spend $100 receive $5-off - would be nice - e.g. 2 for 1 Wednesdays or something along those lines. Thank you!

I use the cudney location off of weibel ave. My positive experience can be mostly thanks to Gaitha at that location. She is always pleasant, friendly, and on top of everything! She will make a call to me if she has any questions or clarifications on my orders. Goes out of her way to make the whole process easier for me and I truly appreciate her effort. Your 24 hour service was so innovative! Even so, I do try to still drop off and pick up when Gathe is working at Exit 15. She takes great care, is helpful and makes the "chore" very easy.
