It's nice to be able to drop my dry cleaning off whenever I have time. Very convenient. Also, very happy with the quality of the cleaning. My item was pilly when I dropped it off and came back de-pilled, which was great. I didn't totally understand how to use the service on my first visit. I was waiting for a phone call, since that's all the information the drop-off card asked for. Didn't realize I needed to set up an online account in order to find out that my item was ready. Super customer service.
The service was wonderful! The lady who waited on me was kind, personal and fun to talk to! She tried to get me in & out quickly when I was in a hurry to pick up. I is a nice touch to have the plants growing in a business that prides itself on disinfecting and cleaning. The free packet of flower seeds to celebrate Spring added a humanistic and giving type of atmosphere. Thank you for making the "errand" and pleasant experience!

Dry Cleaning is great, but very expensive. After having shirts laundered in Jersey at $1.50 each, wish Cudneys would have better coupons and prices.
First time with the automated pickup. Went great. Scanned my phone and clothes came out. One question, what's with the purple bags? Thanks, Jason.
