Very friendly and professional staff. All my cleaning and alterations were done great and to my satisfaction! Employee helped me to my car as well! Very pleased as always.

We recently relocated to Saratoga Springs. After a bad experience with one of the other cleaners, we switched to Cudney's. I like your service and think Gatha is great! She is always on top of things and offers that warm welcome and great personal experience every time I come in. My only issue is that I ask for heavy starch and don't get it every time. I come from Dallas, and there, when you ask for heavy starch, your shirt is almost like a board. Note the starch in the rodeo performers' shirts and jeans.

I was just telling Gatha when I picked up my recent order that I was very happy with the service at Cudney's. I'd also like to say that Gatha is definitely an asset- she greets people by name and is always very pleasant and personable.
