Very friendly, never any errors.
Everything was done well. I had alteration done on pants. Also, I had dropped off lots of shirts and they were well done. Very pleased.
I have tried several other dry cleaners and have given up due to the poor quality and service. Then I found Cudney and they are a step above the rest- finally, someone who knows how to do it right! I highly recommend them.

We recently relocated to Saratoga Springs. After a bad experience with one of the other cleaners, we switched to Cudney's. I like your service and think Gatha is great! She is always on top of things and offers that warm welcome and great personal experience every time I come in. My only issue is that I ask for heavy starch and don't get it every time. I come from Dallas, and there, when you ask for heavy starch, your shirt is almost like a board. Note the starch in the rodeo performers' shirts and jeans.
