I like being able to text Scott if I have or don't have something to pick up.
You changed out a zipper on a winter coat. Service was friendly and professional. The coat was ready sooner than promised.
Love the convenience of having twice weekly pickup. So nice to run into Scott too, he's always wearing a smile!
I was very pleased with the service I received. My items were even finished a day early and I received an e-mail notice indicating that they were done. My only complaint is in pricing as other competitors have better prices and equal services. I go her due to convenience to my home.
