Keith rocks! He is always pleasant and appreciative! Sometimes his customer forgets to bring the purple bag from home - but we can't blame that on Keith. Love the pickup and delivery serve from Cudney's!!

Your customer service is wonderful. From the delivery driver to the business office the staff is pleasant, cheerful and respectful. Periodically I have to update my credit card information and it is easier than 1-2-3. I have also had mending and special dry cleaning done and all went well.
