I went to the West Ave. location. I love the people that work there, always gracious and smiling. They also talk to the customer. I look forward to going there.
The hemming of the dress was perfect. Deb was very professional. On the other hand picking up the dress (scheduled for West Ave) confirmed by email and receipt was not located at that address. The woman behind the counter told us we needed to pick it up from the south Broadway location I asked her call and confirm this and she said this is what the computer is telling me I know it's there. Even with Mel out, the service remains quick and friendly. I deviate a little from your typical procedures and no one ever complains about my peculiarities.
It's nice to be able to drop my dry cleaning off whenever I have time. Very convenient. Also, very happy with the quality of the cleaning. My item was pilly when I dropped it off and came back de-pilled, which was great. I didn't totally understand how to use the service on my first visit. I was waiting for a phone call, since that's all the information the drop-off card asked for. Didn't realize I needed to set up an online account in order to find out that my item was ready.
