I drop off at Northshore location because we have regular alterations and Viola is absolutely the most expedient perfectionist I have ever encountered. Aside from Donna and Rose who greet me with A smile on their face and my clean laundry in their hand. Donna and Rose work together like a finely tuned machine.. they know their customer so well; I have watched them while I wait. Everyone receives the same friendly greeting that I do.
