I was concerned about getting to Crown on Northshore after 5:30 on a Friday. Crown emailed me that my pants were ready early. This allowed me to avoid the 5:30 traffic. I also was emailed a 15% off coupon that I used. The clerk at Northshore is so pleasant and informative and helpful. My pants look great!
