Donna, is awesome. She was upfront about the machines being down and well, she's just the most awesome person. She deserves a raise and promotion. I never had a person be so nice and very presice at their job.

I was very disappointed in a full length black wool sweater coat I brought to be cleaned. I didn’t look at the quality of the cleaning because I picked it up through the drive . When I went to unwrap it there were human hairs on it, a sprinkling of what looked like powder around the collar and it seemed like the fabric was what you call”balled?” all over coat. The ladies there were warm and inviting when I arrived. I explained what I needed, and they were clear about how much time was needed to see if it worked with my schedule. When I picked up my clothes, I got the result I wanted. I’m definitely going back for their honest customer service.
