My best suit, all wool, needed the best professional dry cleaning, which got at Crown Cleaners! That was my first use of Crown, but I will definitely use them as my regular cleaners! We just moved here from Washinton State last year and hadn't found a cleaners yet! I've signed up for the pick up and delivery service which sounds absolutely wonderful!!
I was pleased with everything!
Clothes were cleaned and pressed as expected. I was told that they would be ready after 5:00 on Mon, but didn't pick them up until Weds afternoon at which time I found that they weren't, in fact, ready. A button was missing from my blazer, it had not been found, and had not been worked on fully two days after I was initially told to pick up my clothes. The customer service was great and was very fast but one of the shirts I picked up still had a stain on the collar.
The clothes appear to have been laundered/dry cleaned nicely; however, as this was our first time in your business, I spent some time with the owner, Don, explaining to him that my husband's shirts must be put put on wider hangers due to their size. I was assured his shirts would be placed on "Grand Knit" hangers. I submitted only one shirt for cleaning and it was returned to us on a regular hanger which causes indentations in the shoulders of wider shirts. I took a dress there to get the stains out. They didn’t come out the first time so they offered to try again without any extra charges and it ended up coming out! Pleasant staff!
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was even more impressed with my shirt on a short turn around. Prices are incredibly low and reasonable. If you are looking for dry cleaners this is the spot.
