I would have liked more starch for a heavy starch request. Also I expected to have my shirt sleeves creased. Staff was wonderful.
Dropped off a wedding dress to be cleaned and boxed. Communication was great. It didn't even take as long as I thought. Got an email it was ready. Picked it up in a beautiful box with another protective box with a handle over that. Had absolutely zero problems, and I did not think the price was bad either. Would definitely recommend any bride use Crown Cleaners to preserve their gown!
