The manager, Rhonda, is fantastic. She promptly and efficiently took care of an issue made by a new employee. I am very impressed with Crown Cleaners and will be recommending them.
Great experience! I brought several things to be laundered and pressed. The bed skirt and pillow shams were ironed extrely well and the the down comforter came out clean and fluffy. I am extremely pleased. Thank you!!!

I brought a white down comforter and it was returned white as snow in just two days! I called almost every dry cleaning place in Knoxville and they gave me the best price! I tried dry cleaning before at another place and I got my comforter back with stains. So they really redeemed my dry cleaning experience!

No problems. The clerk who attended me both on drop-off and pickup was helpful, courteous and pleasant. Couldn't ask for more.
My clothes looked great, however the pricing was ridiculous. $33 for a dress and graduation gown to steam only.
