My alteration ended up at the wrong location. With out batting an eye they offered to drop it at my house! Unbelievable service recovery! They will always have my dry cleaning and alteration business. Btw, I sew, have for years. I decided to not do the alteration myself, the fabric was too fragile. They did an impeccable job!
