In the past, I have had fairly good experience here. Unfortunately, something has changed. When I last dropped off clothing, the young man was very rude. I let it go. However, when I picked up my clothes yesterday, the older woman working (maybe the owner) was incredibly curt and irritable to me. She was not friendly, interrupted me, rolled her eyes when I mistakenly did not give her the correct dollar amount with cash payment. She was also pushy. My alteration ended up at the wrong location. With out batting an eye they offered to drop it at my house! Unbelievable service recovery! They will always have my dry cleaning and alteration business. Btw, I sew, have for years. I decided to not do the alteration myself, the fabric was too fragile. They did an impeccable job!
