I think you should pay for your comforter when you drop it off that way they'll be less comforters that are sitting and people will be more apt to pick them up if they've already paid for them. When the comforters come in they should put the last initial in marker on the receipt that way they're easier to find

I received my comforter gently folded in a high-quality clear plastic bag. The outer layer of my LauraAshley comforter is 100% cotton & wrinkles easily. However, I received my comforter with a few soft wrinkles which were easily removed with Downy Wrinkle-Free Spray. My comforter has never booked this good!! It is perfect! No other company can compare to what Courtesy zlCleaners did! Moreover the price is economical and they live up to their name - they are indeed courteous!
