Came in with jacket for alteration; needed the sleeve turned once and that is what I told the person who took jacket. Not sure what happened after that but 2 weeks later when I went to pick jacket up, I was told the alteration wasn’t pinned so seamstress did not know what was needed. Any business, where that is the case, would have picked up the phone to call me and say, “I don’t know what need to be done”; however, my jacket sat there for two weeks without so much as a phone call to tell me I could pick it up.
