Staff were very friendly. Had my 2 large comforters cleaned. They looked great and were nicely packaged up ready for pickup the next day. Will definitely return to Faye’s.

When I discovered that two of my husband’s dress shirts had tears in them I was nervous about solving the issue. I set them aside for a month getting up the nerve to confront the store with the problem. They treated me professionally and kindly. I received a store credit and left happy.

On the down side, they have an extraordinary lack of knowledge as how to fold t-shirts without wrinkles (even when given an instructive diagram). They seem to have no problem with slacks and towels. Otherwise the free pick up and delivery is a plus (especially for a disabled senior)' the price is fair; they are open to customer comments and suggestions; and the drivers always show up in a timely manner when they are expected on the delivery days.
Laundry is done quickly. And the prices are very good! Most importantly the people are knowledgeable and polite.
