I had the seamstress at Faye’s alter a caftan I got for my mother in Santa Barbara. She did such an amazing job and you can’t tell the garment has been shortened. It looks like it was meant be this length. I have had Faye’s alter other garments and they always do a great job. Their dry cleaning is also excellent. I just had them clean a delicate quilt and shams from Anthropology and it looks fantastic. The cost is reasonable too.

The shirts are always very clean and crisp. My only tidbit of advise is as a driver in a car, it is very difficult to try and turn around and hand the laundry in the back seat, when it is much easier for the employee to open the back door and hang it for the client.
Great service and was able to get my dry cleaning in a few days. Will be back since they did a great job.

Jaydon always friendly and respectful.
Staff were very friendly. Had my 2 large comforters cleaned. They looked great and were nicely packaged up ready for pickup the next day. Will definitely return to Faye’s.

When I discovered that two of my husband’s dress shirts had tears in them I was nervous about solving the issue. I set them aside for a month getting up the nerve to confront the store with the problem. They treated me professionally and kindly. I received a store credit and left happy.

On the down side, they have an extraordinary lack of knowledge as how to fold t-shirts without wrinkles (even when given an instructive diagram). They seem to have no problem with slacks and towels. Otherwise the free pick up and delivery is a plus (especially for a disabled senior)' the price is fair; they are open to customer comments and suggestions; and the drivers always show up in a timely manner when they are expected on the delivery days.
