Dropped off my husband's suit to be cleaned. After I left I received a call that they found a tie. Very happy that the staff checked the pockets. Next day picked up the suit and tie. Thorough and fast!
Our daughter was recently married and is having an open house in St. George this weekend. Being a wedding dress cleaning novice, I had no idea it can take up to three weeks to have a dress cleaned. Faye's did it in a week and it looks beautiful! The dress was inadvertently listed under someone else's name (it happens...humans make mistakes) and the woman on the phone went through every single dress until she found my daughter's under someone else's name. We really appreciate the quick service.
It is a great service especially for people who need help with their laundry. Clothes come back smelling clean, with out any strong perfume type smells, which can be a trigger if you have asthma, folded, ready to put away.
Cleaned a shirt and suit, both were sparkling clean and ready on time.
Did a very nice job on my dress shirts.
