Good service- how do I let you know I want pick up ?
Coats came out beautifully.
As a first time customer I was impressed at the quick and polite customer service. Front area very clean and employees professionally dressed. As a retired customer service person I notice many things that others might not. Will return with all my dry cleaning needs. I believe the gal who helped me is Beatrice, but not certain.
The staff were nice and my two jackets looked fine when I picked them up, but I am really disappointed in how my top was treated. It is strapless and instead of using a hanger with clips on it the staff used two safety pins to hang my shirt up on a hanger which then left 4 visible holes through my expensive shirt. I wish someone would’ve mentioned this procedure so I could’ve made a choice to not leave it there.
First time customer, all staff members greeted me as I walked in despite being busy serving other customers. Received an email letting me know that my order was ready for pickup. Thank you!

Great customer and timely service. The Comet on Bandera and Mystic will be my dry cleaners from now on. I've already referred them to neighbors. I really appreciate the HEB coupons too.
