The ladies are always friendly and provide outstanding customer service. I used to go to the one in the 11000 block of Culebra but switched because of their lack of customer service.

This was my 1st experience with you and I was in search of a place to start what could be a long term relationship... I was pleasantly pleased with the service at the fromt desk, the laundering of my work clothes, and with the 24hr. drive thru pick-up/drop off. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely use your location again in two weeks. 👍🏼
I have had a few incidents in the last couple of months that were not normal to my previous visits. The quality of the laundered shirts were very sloppy and several were so bad I brought them back to have redone. He shouldn’t have to iron a shirt before he wears it straight out of your dry clean bag. I kept requesting medium starch but I think it was heavy as the shirts could stand up on their own.
